ENT Trust Grade Doctor - ST3

We are delighted to be working with an excellent NHS trust located in the North of England who are looking to recruit an ENT Trust Grade (ST3) to join their team on a permanent or fixed term basis. 
Situated in a beautiful coastal town, the trust services a resident population of over 400,000 people, is home to over 10 million holiday makers every year. It's close to a major international airport, excellent schools, and plenty of sports and leisure amenities. 
The job plan will be 10 PAs split between 8.5 direct clinical care and 1.5 supporting professional activities, plus on call with prospective cover.
Main Duties of the role:
	Coordinate the day to day care of patients across all wards 
	 To support the screening/review of referred patients from varying clinical services including paediatrics and cardiothoracic 
	To participate in training of advanced clinical practitioners and medical undergraduates
	To contribute towards mortality review processes, clinical audit and clinical governance & educational meetings

Consultant in Anaesthesia with a specialist interest in Pain Medicine

I am partnered with an Acute NHS trust situated in Buckinghamshire seeking a Consultant in Anaesthesia with a specialist interest in Pain Medicine.
An opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant and thriving Anaesthetic, Pain Medicine and Critical Care department as a full-time substantive Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain medicine. This is a new post arising from a departmental expansion to address the challenges of the waiting list recovery program.
Applicants are especially welcomed with an additional anaesthetic interest in preoperative assessment, trauma, orthopaedic and regional anaesthesia, obstetrics, emergency anaesthesia, acute pain or ophthalmology.
The successful applicant will join a team of 50 consultants (including 16 Intensivists) and 18 specialty Doctors. The department has ~10 anaesthetic specialty trainees, ~2 ICM specialty trainees, ~14 core anaesthetic trainees and 3-4 foundation trainees and is considered to provide excellent anaesthetic training by the School of Anaesthesia. There are a variable number of locally employed anaesthetic and ICU trust registrars, and the department supports Fellowship posts in regional anaesthesia, echocardiography, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), perioperative medicine, and medical education.

Consultant in Community Paediatrics

I am partnered with an Acute NHS trust situated in Buckinghamshire seeking a Consultant in Community Paediatrics.
This is a new post designed to strengthen the Trust Community Paediatric department. You will join the existing team of Community Paediatricians to deliver community paediatric services to the children and families covered by the ICB in the local area and will spend approximately one day a week working on your negotiated special interest aligned to supporting the team's strategic objectives. If you do not have a particular special interest, this time will be filled through the provision of general paediatric clinics. The service has undergone transformation and now has a comprehensive multi-professional team offering a supportive working environment. Colleagues include pharmacists, nurses, psychologists and GPs. This offers a comprehensive and supportive working environment.
The role will offer the range of community paediatric inputs including general clinics, neurodevelopmental MDT, Children Looked After clinics. There may be additional variety to the role through support to special schools and through any special interest the candidate may offer.

I am partnered with an Acute NHS trust situated in Buckinghamshire seeking a Consultant - Paediatric Emergency Medicine.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and dynamic Children’s Emergency department as a Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM). This is a newly created post to lead and drive links between Paediatrics and ED.  This post will work alongside an existing PEM consultant to provide high quality care to our Children's Emergency Department (ED).
The Children's ED receives approximately 17,000 patients per year and receives both GP & self referrals from across Buckinghamshire.  We currently have 1 WTE PEM Consultants in post and work closely with our Adult ED colleagues.
In April 2023 they opened our new Children's ED, which has been purposed built and provides care to the children and young people of Buckinghamshire.   The unit contains 2 Paediatric Resus bays, individual rooms and a Children's Observation Unit.

	Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of acute and emergency patients 
	
	
	To share with colleagues responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Emergency Medicine Services 
	
	
	Teaching and training of junior staff. 
	
	
	To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit. 
	
	
	To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing professional development (SPA).

I am partnered with an Acute NHS trust situated in Devon seeking a Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist – Gynaecological and Colorectal tumours.
The Trust is an Integrated Care Organisation providing acute health care. The hospital is a medium-sized, progressive, and innovative District General Hospital providing acute services to Devon with a 10-bedded Critical Care Unit, six general theatres, three orthopaedic theatres, and a day surgery unit. They provide services in most specialties within the local area.
We have around 500,000 face-to-face contacts with patients in their homes and communities each year and see over 78,000 people in our A&E department annually. We serve a resident population of approximately 375,000 people, plus about 100,000 visitors at any one time during the summer holiday season
Main duties of the job
• Take ownership of and deliver their own site-specific workload.
• Contribute to the medical leadership, management, and innovation within Oncology services.
• Offer support and training to all non-consultant grade doctors within the unit.
• Promote inter-disciplinary working in the department and across the hospital.
