I am partnered with a university foundation trust seeking to appoint a clinical oncologist with an interest in Breast.
Essential criteria: UK – NHS experience.
This is a new post to support expansion of the service. The post holder will be working alongside our team providing radiotherapy and SACT for breast patients. The majority of the breast SACT including adjuvant and neoadjuvant chemotherapy is managed by our medical oncology team. Our combined oncology department is friendly, successful and ambitious which encourages and supports innovation, diversity, digital development and research. The size and stricture of the department create opportunities for rapid progression to areas of increased responsibility.

We are currently recruiting for an Emergency Medicine Specialty Doctor to join a teaching hospital in the North West of England.
The Emergency Department has recently undergone a significant refurbishment, with a brand-new unit opening this year. The team is exceptionally supportive of doctors aiming to achieve CESR, and the trust has an impressive record of clinicians successfully obtaining specialist registration.
The hospital is situated in a family-friendly city with excellent transport links, including being just one hour from a major international airport. You’ll have the best of both worlds: vibrant urban living with great amenities and schools, while being only a short drive from the stunning Lake District, one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of the UK.

Consultant Radiologist
North Yorkshire
109,000-145,000
I am recruiting for multiple positions to join this excellent District General Hospital in Yorkshire on a substantive contract. Yorkshire has recently been voted as the third best region in the world by Lonely Planet, and our local town has been voted as the best place to live in the UK by the Sunday Times, commending its top-class schools, great transport links, low crime and beautiful surrounding countryside.
Essential criteria:
Either Specialist registration or have submitted CESR.
Unfortunately this hospital cannot support international applicants at this time nor they can they help candidates with CESR or offer training.
Special interests required:
Neuro – diagnostic
Breast – symptomatic only, with another special interest and/or general. (would accept PT applications, such as 2 days a week purely breast work)
Chest – must be able to do CT guided lung biopsies
MSK – must be able to do U/S joint injections & fluoroscopy studies.
GI – diagnostic, although having NVI experience could be advantageous.
This is an opportunity to join a good team of 13 Consultant Radiologists with excellent relationships with their medical and surgical teams.

Our Services
Our main Radiology Department consists of Plain Film/X-Ray (including Fluoroscopy), CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography. We also provide DEXA in our Day Hospital for the Elderly. Community clinics are provided for improved access to patients in the local area.
Community Diagnostic Centres
A new Community Diagnostic Centre that is providing additional capacity for imaging services, including: Plain Film X-Ray, Ultrasound (with and without contrast), CT (with and without contrast) and MRI (with and without contrast).
New Hospital Build
In May 2023, it was announced that our General Hospital has secured a place on the New Hospital Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for the Trust to work with hospital planning experts to configure and co-locate services to not only reflect the current needs of our population, but also looking to future needs and reflecting potential future developments in clinical care and technology. It is predicted the new hospital build will be ready by 2030.
We are part of the Yorkshire Imaging collaborative which is an ambitious project to align imaging services across the region. This will involve sharing imaging protocols and eventually workflow and reporting across the whole of Yorkshire.
