About the Role
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic NHS trust in the West Midlands, who are seeking an A&E ST3+ doctor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a view to extend.
This Major Trauma Centre, is based in one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse cities in the UK, a city which is home to multiple respected secondary schools and universities, has thousands of acres of green spaces, and excellent transport links.
The trust also have a the capacity to support doctors through the CESR pathway.
Main Duties of the role:

Job Plan: 10 PAs - 8 DCC + 2 SPA
A formal job plan will be agreed between the successful candidate and the clinical lead.
Mian duties of the role:
Work with the consultant team to provide care of the elderly services
Liaising with other departments to provide the most efficient level to care to patients
Participate in management activities
Contribute to administrative, teaching, and research activities

GMC registration

The hospital, based in a vibrant city of outstanding natural beauty, is just a short distance from the town centre, providing access to all local amenities. The area has a strong network of schools and extracurricular activities so would be suitable for families and couples alike.
The job plan is 10PAs split between 8 direct clinical care and 2 SPA.
Main duties of the role:
Provide treatment and diagnosis
Ensure patient safety throughout the department
Liaise with the wider medical team
Participate in the supervision and teaching of Junior Doctors
Essential Criteria to apply:
GMC registration (Specialist registration is desirable)
