Job Duties: The trust is looking for a committed and passionate colleague to support and develop our Acute Frailty Service  The job is offered as a part-time post (6PA). The appointed consultant will play a key role in the treatment of older adults accessing emergency care. They will work closely with our emergency, acute medicine and community teams to complete comprehensive geriatric assessment of frail older adults in crisis. This is an established service with excellent potential for ongoing development.
